If ReachForce should ever file for bankruptcy or have its assets sold to or merged with another entity, information ReachForce receives from you from this Site is a ReachForce asset and may be transferred.

How can I access, modify, and/or delete personal information contained in ReachForce Products?

An individual whose business contact information has been collected by ReachForce may opt-out of ReachForce’s continued use of such information by following the link in the email communication. ReachForce will remove information it has collected about you upon request and will make reasonable efforts to enable individuals to access information contained about them in ReachForce Products.  Please note, however, that through future market research and information gathering, ReachForce might inadvertently collect such information again, although we will make reasonable efforts to avoid such duplication and respect your request.

Additionally, while ReachForce will notify subscribing customers of a user’s request to have their personal information removed, ReachForce cannot assure or warrant in any manner the use or disclosure of information possessed by third parties.
