Information Collection and Usage through ReachForce Solutions

ReachForce Solutions collect company, business contact, and related market information for business ReachForce customers that may include the following:

The information we collect is stored and processed on ReachForce's servers in the United States and may be made available to particular business customers who may license this information from ReachForce in connection with a particular engagement and subject to appropriate contractual limitations on their use including use solely for legitimate business purposes.

User Communication

ReachForce may retain emails or other communications sent to us from individuals in order to help process inquiries, respond to requests, and improve our general service levels.

Vendors and Suppliers

Because ReachForce is a global company, business contact and market information collected through ReachForce Solutions may be shared with other ReachForce partners around the world. We require partners to execute an agreement to protect such information in accordance with the ReachForce Solutions Privacy Policy.

ReachForce works with other companies that help us provide a family of ReachForce solutions to you, and we may provide your business contact and market information contained in ReachForce Solutions to these companies.

ReachForce is headquartered in the United States and operates there as its principal place of business. If you are located in the European Union or elsewhere outside of the United States, please be aware that any information collected by you has been provided voluntarily by others subject to express disclosure and recognition that this information would be transferred to the United States and to other third parties as part of market research.

Safe Harbor certification

ReachForce adheres to the Safe Harbor principles negotiated between the United States and the EU regarding data protection with regard to the processing of personal information through ReachForce Solutions. ReachForce takes steps to assure adequate protection of the processing of personal information in ReachForce Solutions.

How can I access, modify, and/or delete personal information contained in ReachForce Solutions?

An individual whose business contact information has been collected by ReachForce may opt-out of ReachForce's continued use of such information by emailing UNSUBSCRIBE to info@reachforce.com. ReachForce will remove information it has collected about you upon request and will make reasonable efforts to enable individuals to access information contained about them in ReachForce Solutions. Please note, however, that through future market research and information gathering, ReachForce might inadvertently collect such information again, although we will make reasonable efforts to avoid such duplication and respect your request.

Additionally, while ReachForce will notify subscribing customers of a user's request to have their personal information removed, ReachForce cannot assure or warrant in any manner the use or disclosure of information possessed by third parties.

Changes and updates

We may occasionally update this ReachForce Solutions Privacy Policy. When we do, we will also revise the "last updated" date on the ReachForce Solutions Privacy Policy.
