Uplogix needed to build a sales pipeline but had limited inside sales and marketing staff.

300 phone-based interviews resulting in $1.7 million in sales opportunities in a six-month period Uplogix also gained press coverage using statistical findings from ReachForce Append of large enterprise buyers.

Targeting The Decision Maker First Pays Off

Uplogix, a leading provider of automated network support solutions, needed an increase in sales but had no inside sales staff and limited marketing resources. As a starting point the company needed a highly targeted, accurate contact list.

Uplogix chose ReachForce, a customized, role based database solutions provider, to build their prospect list. Uplogix was able to leverage ReachForce’s automated technology and worldwide call center infrastructure to identify individuals based on roles, rather than titles.

With its Discover solution, ReachForce identified a high quality, targeted contact list of Uplogix prospects.

In addition to ReachForce Discover, Uplogix took advantage of ReachForce's Append solution. Using ReachForce Append, and the contacts found with ReachForce Discover, phone interviews were conducted to better understand the business challenges of their prospects so they were able market to them more effectively.

Together, this approach resulted in more than 300 phone-based interviews and a $1.7 million sales opportunity pipeline in a sixmonth period.
