ReachForce Momentum Continues with New Funding

Greenhill SAVP continues investment to fuel expansion of team and deliver new product lines

Austin, Texas - January 26, 2010 - ReachForce, leading provider of 100% guaranteed, role-based contact lists, data cleansing services and analytics-based targeting software (SaaS) to laser focus lead generation initiatives, today announced the close of additional financing by Greenhill SAVP (www.gsavp.com). The latest round of funding will go toward the hiring of sales, marketing, and product development personnel. This round will also allow ReachForce to expand its product lines to reach a broader segment of the B2B marketing industry.

Steve Brotman, Managing Director of Greenhill SAVP, and Kelly Gay, the former Chairman, President and CEO of KnowledgeStorm, will continue to serve on the board. Somak Chattopadhyay, Vice President of Greenhill SAVP, has also joined the Board of Directors. As a part of the funding, Suaad Sait will transition from CEO of ReachForce to Chairman of the Board. COO, Bob Riazzi, will assume the position of President and run ReachForce's day to day operations while also joining the Board of Directors.
