ReachForce Relevance & Repair FAQ

What does ReachForce consider dirty data?
ReachForce considers any marketing and sales lead generation data that is incomplete, out-of-date or incorrect dirty data. If you aren't able to reach your prospect or customer with your message, you have dirty data.

Do you verify titles?
No. See ReachForce Refresh.

Do you replace a contact when my contact is no longer at the company?
No. See ReachForce Refresh.

How long does it take?
It typically takes about 5 business days to complete a data set cleanse.

What will I get back?
Once we're done we'll send you both before and after reports on your data cleanse. Along with that you'll receive back
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Company Name
  • Address1
  • City
  • State
  • Postal Code
  • Country
  • Email Address
  • Unique ID (if from CRM or MA system)

Are physical addresses matched to HQ only?
No, we verify that the address you gave us is an actual address and confirm that the postal code matches the street, city and state.

Are you able to verify phone extensions?
Since we are not phone verifying each record we are unable to confirm phone extensions.

Do you clean international data?
At this time we are only able to clean and analyze North American and Canadian contact data. Check back in a couple of months for our expanded reach.

Am I charged for every record I send ReachForce or only the ones that are cleaned?
Since we are analyzing each record for correctness and completeness you will be billed for every contact record ReachForce analyzes.

Why should I care about SIC codes, revenues and employee sizes?
This firmographic company information enables you to laser target your lead generation initiatives. For example, we know that the VP of Marketing at a $1Million company and the VP of Marketing at a Fortune 500 company have very different jobs even though they have the same title.

Do you update and normalize company names (i.e. HP, Hewlett Packard)?
Yes, during the analysis we will update and normalize company names before sending them back to you.

How often does ReachForce recommend I clean my lead data?
Marketing Sherpa says 2.1% of data goes bad every month. That means by the end of a year almost 25% of your data will be dirty. Which 25%? Who knows. With that in mind, once you've done a complete cleanse we recommend you either rinse and repeat annually or as needed for targeted programs.

How much does it cost?
For less than the cost of a postage stamp you can clean up a contact record.

I'm not interested in websites, HQ phone numbers, SIC codes, revenues, employee sizes – do I have to pay for this?
Of course not. If you aren't segmenting your target market today based on these characteristics then we won't bother you with them.

Does the ReachForce 100% accuracy policy apply to Relevance & Repair services?
Without phone verification we are not able to 100% guarantee accuracy. If the accuracy guarantee is important to you, please see ReachForce Discover or ReachForce Refresh.
