Dion Cornett

CEO

Throughout his career, delivering value for customers, partners, investors and his colleagues has been a guiding principle for Dion Cornett. As CEO of ReachForce, Dion is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of successfully building progressive organizations that are focused on solving big challenges. Prior to ReachForce, Dion served in a number of executive roles for Red Hat, including Vice President of Global Strategic Alliances and Vice President of Sales.

On the executive level at MariaDB, Dion was instrumental in transforming the organization into the fastest growing open source database provider in three years. Dion received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the US Naval Academy and his Masters of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, both with honors.

Kate Murray

Sr. Director of Global Services

Kate Murray is an established, customer-obsessed solutions leader who leads the support and customer relationship teams at ReachForce. Understanding early on that sales is more than a one-time transaction, Kate has taught numerous teams to focus on more relationship development and consultative approaches to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

When Kate isn’t thinking of new ways to support ReachForce customers, she can be found in the red rocks of Sedona hiking with her favorite hiking companions, her two dogs.

Jerome Nolte

Senior Director of Product Development

With a steadfast commitment to software solutions, Jerome Nolte has devoted his career to solving customers’ big data problems. As the Senior Director of Product Development, he has spent the last 10 years dedicated to increasing customers’ marketing intelligence through quality data strategies and innovative products. Jerome served as the original full stack developer on the SmartForms product and continues to spearhead the resolution of big data initiatives across global industries such as semiconductor, banking and communications.

Beyond his desire to create dynamic technology innovations, Jerome founded a successful baby clothing company, and the brand has been carried in major retailers across the United States. Jerome is also a proud University of Texas at Austin graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Red McCombs School of Business.

Kurt Weisenberger

Head of Customer Success & Marketing

Kurt Weisenberger brings a wealth of experience to his Customer Success and Marketing role with a strong background in Demand Generation and Marketing Operations. Kurt understands the pressure modern marketers are under to deliver pipeline and revenue, and how critical clean and accurate data is to success. Kurt has previously been a ReachForce customer and is excited to help customers succeed with SmartSuite and SmartForms.

Prior to ReachForce, Kurt was Director of Commercial Demand Generation for Frontier Communications. Kurt also served as Senior Director of Global Marketing Operations at ACTIVE Network and in a demand generation leadership roles for Lifesize, Mason-Zimbler and Planview. Kurt enjoys travelling, live music and is a life-long Dallas Cowboys fan.
